Serj Tankian Bringing Symphonic Efforts To The U.S. Stage
Serj Tankian is back in stores this week with the new "Elect The Dead Symphony" album, a disc that pairs the hard rocking vocalist with New Zealand's Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra. Tankian is anxious for American audiences to also get a taste of his musical experiment and has booked a pair of symphonic shows in the States this summer. Newly announced stops find the vocalist performing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at Atlanta's Chastain Park July 9th. He'll also take the stage in his hometown of Los Angeles with orchestral backing at the Greek Theatre on July 30th. |
