Sub Pop Feels Nostalgic
Sub Pop Records is chipping in for Record Store Day. The label has a compilation called "Casual Nostalgia Fest" that it will offer. It includes 19 tracks taken from their 20th anniversary show in 2008. It features cuts from Green River, Wolf Parade, Beachwood Sparks, Blitzen Trapper, Flight Of The Conchords, Iron & Wine, The Constantines, Low, Mudhoney, and more. The label will also offer Soundgarden's "Hunted Down" seven-inch, Beach House's "Zebra" EP, a CocoRosie seven-inch, an Album Leaf 12-inch, a Happy Birthday seven-inch, and a split seven-inch featuring Dum Dum Girls and Male Bonding. Get out to participating record stores April 17th. |
