In 1988 -- David Lee Roth's "Just Like Paradise" peaked at number six on the pop singles chart, while Sting's "Be Still My Beating Heart" peaked at number 15. In 1990 -- Sinead O'Connor released the album "I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got." In 1991 -- R.E.M. released the album "Out Of Time." In 1992 -- Motley Crue released the video "Decade of Decadence '81-'91." Melissa Etheridge released the album "Never Enough." In 1996 -- The Stone Temple Pilots' album "Core" and Collective Soul's album "Hints, Allegations, and Things Left Unsaid" were certified multi-Platinum, while Tori Amos' album "Boys for Pele" was certified Gold. He had reportedly spent the previous night partying, and back to what he thought was his hotel room and passed out in a chair. However, he had actually wandered into someone else's condo. It took the band 32 hours to straighten out the ordeal and get McGinley out of jail.<
