Phoenix Heading "Somewhere"
Phoenix will head up the soundtrack for the new film, "Somewhere." Singer Thomas Mars volunteered the band after his partner, film director Sofia Coppola, started work on the movie. The group contributed the songs "Love Like A Sunset Part 1" and "Love Like A Sunset Part II." "The Playlist" reports that the soundtrack will also include music from The Foo Fighters, The Police, Gwen Stefani, The Strokes, Bryan Ferry, Amerie, T. Rex, KISS, and Sebastian Tellier among others. The film, starring Stephen Dorff and Elle Fanning, is expected in December. |
