Lenny Kravitz, Jordin Sparks Remember Michael Jackson On Twitter
Rocker Lenny Kravitz is remembering the late Michael Jackson on Twitter. On Sunday, the King of Pop would have turned 52-years-old. Kravitz posted an old black-and-white photo of him and Jackson together. He writes, quote, "...My love and respect to the entire Jackson family...Happy Birthday Michael. I feel your spirit here with me as I am working on a new version of our track." "American Idol" alum Jordin Sparks also gave a shout out to the legendary entertainer via her Twitter feed on Sunday. She writes, quote, "You still ARE the King of Pop. Thanks for inspiring me & countless others to reach beyond the stars."
Hundreds of fans gathered outside Jackson's childhood home in Gary, Indiana over the weekend to celebrate his birthday, according to "The Gary Post-Tribune." Michael's father, Joe Jackson, attended the celebration in honor of his son. |
