Las Vegas Cops Investigate Battery Charge Against Vince Neil
"Lady Luck" seems to be eluding rocker Vince Neil in Las Vegas these days. TMZ.com reports that the Las Vegas Metro Police are looking into allegations that the Motley Crue singer pushed a woman in an elevator at The Las Vegas Hilton on Sunday night shortly before ten p.m. local time. The unnamed woman filed a misdemeanor battery report following the alleged incident.
The investigation comes just months after Neil was picked up in Sin City on suspicion of driving under the influence. According to a police report, Neil was pulled over in June for speeding and weaving between lanes. The 49-year-old failed three field sobriety tests on the evening of his Las Vegas arrest and was subsequently charged with both DUI and speeding. The rocker's set to be arraigned on Monday, September 27th. |
