Woman Claiming To Be Michael Jackson's Daughter Continues Legal Battle
The woman claiming to be Michael Jackson's daughter isn't giving up her legal battle. TMZ.com is reporting that Mocienne Petit Jackson filed a motion to reconsider after a judge denied her request for a court-ordered DNA test. According to legal documents -- which were filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court -- Petit Jackson claims she has audio tapes in which, quote, "my father, Michael Joseph Jackson in his very own words and in public implicitly mentions my existence." She also alleges that she received poor advice when it came time to prepare her case, in part because she lives in the Netherlands. Earlier this summer, Petit Jackson filed paperwork claiming a 17-year-old King of Pop impregnated the woman she claims is her mother, Barbara Ross Lee, who happens to be the sister of singer Diana Ross.
Mocienne Petit Jackson has further alleged that Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, had her abducted to Belgium in order to protect her son's reputation. She also claims that all seven of her abductors were eventually murdered. Petit Jackson is seeking custody of Michael Jackson's other children, as well as a piece of the music icon's estate. |
